Match up in the tournaments against players past and present - including Luc Mullinder, Richie Leone, Andy Fantuz, Chris Getzlaf, Davis Sanchez and Tim Fleiszer - tackle one of them for a loss (of all their chips!) and win an entry in our popular $110 Sunday Slam tournament. Knock out any of these players when in the money (ITM) to win some merchandise such as a signed jersey!

Finish in the Top-10 on the Canadian Football Legends Leaderboard and win tickets to additional WPT Global tournaments.

Win Your Way to the Championship

The Canadian Football Legends promotion is available to new and existing customers. 

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Not available if you are accessing WPT® Global from a restricted county.
  • Limited to one person per household or device.
  • Provide accurate personal details during registration.

Account Restrictions:

  • We may impose restrictions (e.g. deposit restrictions) for legal/regulatory compliance.
  • We are not responsible if restrictions affect your ability to participate or claim any bonuses, benefits or prizes.

Changes & Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to change, end, or restrict your access to promotions if legally/regulatorily required.
  • By participating, you agree to these terms and the General Terms & Conditions.
  • Failure to satisfy these Specific Terms and Conditions, and the General Terms and Conditions may result in any rewards being removed from your account without notice.

Language:

  • In case of conflict between the English version and a version of these specific Terms and Conditions in any other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Canadian Football Legends:

  • Each of the three $22 buy-in Canadian Football Legends tournaments (held on November 7th, 11th, and 14th, 2023) awards points that count toward the Canadian Football Legends leaderboard, with 50 points for 1st, 49 for 2nd, 48 for 3rd all the way down to 2 points for 49th. All players who finish 50th or below receive 1 point.
  • Points earned in the three Canadian Football Legends tournaments count toward the Championship Leaderboard, with the top 10 players, who have accumulated the most points over the three tournaments, receiving the following prizes:

Bounties:

  • Knock out any CFL Legend from any of the three Canadian Football Legends tournaments to win a bounty of a $110 Sunday Slam ticket, plus other goodies. Our CFL legends are: Luc Mullinder, Richie Leone, Andy Fantuz, Chris Getzlaf, Davis Sanchez and Tim Fleiszer (subject to change).
  • No $110 Sunday Slam ticket will be won if the CFL Legend is knocked out in a chopped pot (ie: 2 or more players have the winning hand).
  • More than one Sunday Slam ticket can be won in one hand by knocking out more than one CFL Legend in a hand.
  • There is no limit to how many Sunday Slam tickets that can be won in this promotion.
  • Any tournament tickets won through this promotion will be valid for 30 days.
  • Tickets are non refundable and have no cash value. 
  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another player. 
  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another event. 
  • Expired tickets will be forfeited.
